No. We purchase, deliver, install, service, and restock all the equipment at our cost. You don't pay for the cooler, the coffee bar, or the market kiosk. You don't pay for setup. You don't pay for the restocking service itself.

How do employees pay for what they take?

Your call. Companies can cover the cost fully so it lands as a free employee amenity, offer a monthly stipend that gets applied at the market or coffee bar, or let employees pay per item. Some workplaces do a mix. We support all three and help you pick what fits your team.

Can our team request specific snacks and drinks?

Yes. We don't work from a fixed catalogue. You tell us what your team actually eats, including specialty drinks, niche brands, and one-off requests, and we source it. Restocks adjust based on what's selling and what you tell us is working.

What happens if a machine has an issue or someone needs a refund?

Send us a text. Our average response time is under 90 seconds. Refunds and small fixes are handled the same day. Bigger repairs we handle as fast as parts allow, usually within a day or two.

How fast can you get something installed?

We can usually tour your space within 24 to 48 hours of your first text. From the walkthrough, most installs happen within 2 to 3 weeks. Sometimes faster if you're ready to go and we already serve your area.

Do we have to sign a contract?

Yes, a one-year agreement. After the first year you can renew or move on. We don't do automatic multi-year renewals or anything that locks you in. We'd rather keep your business by earning it.

How it Works

From first text to fully stocked, here's the whole process:

Send us a text with your square footage, team size, and what your current setup looks like. We'll schedule a free walkthrough.

We design the layout! Whether that is a single cooler and a snack wall, or a fully built-out market with freezers, fresh food, and a coffee station.

We install the micro-market. We deliver every piece, build out the market, and have it running within two to three weeks of the walkthrough.

Real-time inventory monitoring tells us what's running low. We restock and adjust the mix based on what your team actually buys.
